2008 July - CHURCH OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD:

This is an URGENT PLEA asking for willing volunteers to help us out of a desperate situation. Our church gardens have become a great problem, with people fly tipping, and youths using the area to hang out. It has also become an ideal place for underage drinkers, This is due to the area becoming very over grown. This problem needs to be attacked as soon as possible before it gets out of hand. We at church try our best to keep on top of the situation but on our own we are fighting a losing battle, So with your help I'm sure if we pull together we could turn the gardens into a place were people could come and sit peacefully and reflect. Anyone that is able to help us out please could you get in touch with Gloria churchwarden at CHURCH OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD BURRADON. tel....2681753.
